At the start of the term (or by midnight of Monday the week before) parents order their child's meals through our online portal
We prepare the food in our central Bournemouth kitchens
Every morning, our fleet of vans does the rounds - delivering food straight to the schools' kitchens (and sometimes straight into the oven, setting the timer ready for lunch!)
Our drivers remove yesterday's delivery boxes
The school's kitchen team warm the food in advance of lunch service, following our simple instruction sheets
